It is obtained from the seeds of jojoba tree (Simmondsia Chinenis), which is indigenous to southern United States and northern Mexico. It is believed that jojoba oil can affect and balance sebum production to acne prone skin. Many beauty anti-ageing products also have jojoba oil in it.
