Tour Date: Friday, November 7th from 11am-12:30pm
About: As a mission-based recycler and a zero waste demonstration and lab, Eureka Recycling will offer you a behind-the-scenes look into the world of recycling. Join us to learn about how recyclables are collected, sorted, processed and sold in the Twin Cities.
Tour duration: 1 hour tour with 30 minutes for questions and discussion.
Location: You will meet at the Eureka Recycling Facility at 2828 Kennedy Street, NE, Minneapolis.
Must be 12+ years to attend.
Please wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. The tour requires about 30 minutes of walking, some of which is traversing materials like paper, cardboard, or broken glass.
Your tour fee of $10 helps cover the costs of Tare Market organizing the tour. You will receive a $5 coupon towards a future Tare Market purchase.
