DIRECTIONS: Add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 2 cups of water or milk of your choice, and 1 jar of pancake mix (and add-ins) to a bowl and stir until mixed. Bake on a hot, oiled pan or griddle. Makes 16, 4" pancakes.
