SHELF LIFE: The dry powder has a shelf life of 2 years. When liquid is added, the shelf life is reduced to 2 days.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle some powder into a non-metal bowl and add a minimal amount of apple cider vinegar or water to create a paste. Apply an even layer of the paste to each armpit and let sit for 5-10 minutes, arms raised. Remove immediately if irritation occurs. Using a warm and damp towel to remove the paste. Repeat every day, every other week, or bi weekly until a natural deodorant is effective.
