INGREDIENTS: (all organic) red lentils, green lentils, curry powder, garlic powder, dried onion flakes, chili pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan add : + 4 cups stock + Coconut Curry Soup Mix + One 14 oz coconut milk Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 mins. until lentils are soft. To make it heartier add: Diced tomatoes, chopped potatoes, onions, carrots and a few handfuls of spinach. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Yum!
