Pancake Mix Directions:
Mix:
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup of your choice: Buttermilk, Milk, Rice Milk or Water
Stir in: 1 cup Harvest Grains Pancake Mix
Bake on a hot, oiled griddle or waffle iron. Makes about 8-4" pancakes or 4 waffles.
(Variation: Add thin slice(s) of apple and a dash of cinnamon to pancakes before baking second side.)
