Sultry, bold dark roast tones with notes of chocolate craft roasted to leave just enough traditional Nicaraguan flavors of bright apricot, fig, and spice. These Catuai, Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties are sourced from the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua at an elevation of 1,250 -1,800 meters.
